My Pageant Experience So Far!!!

The anticipation was my biggest fear…. the more I had to wait the more I wanted to back out. I arrived at the Miss Somernite’s Cruise pageant orientation earlier than everyone else did. I was fine until I saw my competition and I started to back out because these people had obviously been in pageants before. I was so scared…. Then we got called back into this big conference room and then I realized that I had as much of a chance as the rest of the girls and I calmed down.

We talked about why we entered the pageant, how many each of us had been in one before, and what we expected. All the girls were really nice. Some had entered the pageant before and said it’s a breeze if you can just have confidence in yourself. No one treated anyone different or acted like they were too good to be talking to someone. I was surprised that the girls were as nice as they were.

It was kind of intimidating knowing that I was going to be competing with Ms. Boyle, Lincoln, and McCreary. But I realized that even though I may not have a chance of winning it’s a great experience and it has made me want to be in more pageants.  All the girls had great advice for me.

Pageants aren’t as bad as I thought all the girls really come together and have each other’s back. Like I made friends with Cassie and this other girl named Megan we all help each other with our dresses when we were making sure that it fit criteria.

They fear finally went away as the night went on. Now all I have to do is wait for rehearsal and study up on my current events for my interview. I am so excited and I can’t wait until the actual competition begins. And I can’t thank my boyfriend enough for helping me and getting me the information to join this pageant.

I honestly feel that whomever wins deserves it because we are all beautiful women who want to make a difference. And I feel that we all will be close at the end of the pageant that we will not care who wins because of our new bond between each other. I can’t wait to see.

Dear Michael

Well, I caught my bf with my best friend so I broke up with him but him and her are not dating. Do I ask him back out because I don’t think Ill ever be able to move on again. And what do I do about this so-called friend when she knew he was MY boyfriend

Prego my Prego

Dear Prego

Well first things first you need to ask yourself if its worth it to go through that again b/c it probably going to happen again if you get back together.

Second your really mad at your friend but don’t only blame her b/c that’s what it sounds like your doing,

I say you transfer half of your anger to him and it will make it easier to forgive her but the hurt will never go completely go away.

And thirdly heel probably say things like "im sorry, I didn’t mean to (he did)..." the list goes on and on and on and on... but its all complete crap and not worth its weight in home pregnancy tests

And lastly you will be able to move on it might take a few months but you will feel better eventually and will be able to date again

Love Michael
